President Donald Trump holds roundtable in Wisconsin

President Donald Trump was in Wisconsin on Friday, June 5 in order to take part in a roundtable held in a barn in Chippewa Falls.

The president flew to Wisconsin to talk agriculture with farmers.

The president and Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins highlighted trade deals, the Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act and policies enacted through the One Big Beautiful Bill. The White House reports that family farms were helped by getting rid of the death tax.

Fox news reported that around one thousand people gathered at Custer Farms in Chippewa Falls, some standing in pouring rain, to hear President Trump speak.

The president discussed his economic and agricultural policies. 

President Donald Trump said no one has fought for farmers like he or his administration has, and his policies to support farmers were a major focus for the president’s visit.
