The Hartford Police Department released information regarding a scam.

If you are a resident of the City of Hartford or Village of Slinger, scammers are calling businesses and residents stating that they are sending a tech out to disconnect services, specifically electric service. They even received a scam call at Hartford City Hall.

Hartford Electric services the City of Hartford and Village of Slinger residential and commercial electric. If there is to be a disconnection, you would be notified by the City.
