Monday, August 31 at 3 p.m. will be filled with special moments in Sussex. 

It's a chance to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the Village’s new Park Maintenance Facility and the dedication of Kolesari Way, in honor of Gabe Kolesari.

Gabe was a 29-year Village employee who retired as the Village’s Park Foreman in 2009. His passion for Sussex’s park system and commitment to community service helped make Sussex a better place to live for generations.

Now, the new roadway serving the Parks Maintenance Facility and future main parking lot will carry his name as Kolesari Way, honoring his years of service to the community.

It is scheduled to take place at W244N6227 Weaver Drive, in Sussex.
