The City of Hartford Plan Commission approved the Conditional Use Permit, Site Plan and Architectural Plan for The Neighborhood Mechanic.

The Neighborhood Mechanic will be located at 30 South Pike Lake Drive. 30 South Pike Lake Drive is the site of the former Coffee Trader stand.

The 4,899-square-foot facility will include six vehicle bays and a 37-spot parking lot.

They have operated in Hartford since 2017, at 6792 Lee Road. 

Their ASE-Certified technicians combine advanced diagnostic technology with premium-quality parts to deliver repairs. They are able to handle routine maintenance or a major repair.
