The Washington County Highway Department reconstructed a two-mile stretch of road in the Town of Jackson, including County Trunk Highway M from County Highway T (Western Ave) to State Highway 60.

The project included culvert improvements, new and wider asphalt surface, shouldering, ditching, sightline improvements, striping, and signs. 

Mashuda Contractors was the prime contractor. The project was completed five weeks early.
