Semper Fi and America's Fund is certainly making a positive impact.

Their goal is to care for the nation's critically wounded, ill and injured service members, Veterans and families. 

Sam Tickle is a 12-year Veteran of the Navy and Marine Corps. He serves as the senior director of sports for Semper Fi and America’s Fund.

"Our goal is to care for our nation's service members, Veterans and families. We do that through our healing program, transitional assistance program which helps with education and jobs. And our integrated wellness program, which covers their recovery through sports."

They have been making a difference since 2004 and cover 170 grants each day, in support. All of the money being raised goes directly to the service members.
