It started around 5 a.m. on Friday, October 23. Crews made their way down to the City of Hartford's Main Street, in front of The Mineshaft. Usually a quiet and reserved downtown in the early morning was bustling, due to a water main repair. 

Main Street was closed from Highway 60 to Jackson Street until around 11:30 a.m. on Friday. 

A water leak was reported in front of The Mineshaft on Thursday, October 22.
