Veterans Schedule of Events

• Sunday, November 1st at 9:00am - DAILY Witness Tree in Bernd Park - Each day we hang 22 dog tags up to Veterans Day in a short ceremony to draw attention to Veteran Suicides.
• Thursday, November 5th at 2:00 pm - Rossman All School Program with Honor Guard
• Friday, November 6th at 7:00pm - Military Nite at West Bend Hockey Rink
• Sunday, November 8th at 1:30am Honor School in Rubicon - Chili Cook-off for Honor Flight with Honor Guard
• Tuesday, November 10th - Witness Tree 9:00am to 9:15am, then head to Lincoln School program at 9:30am. RSVP requested by Fri. Nov.7th
• Wednesday, November 11th is Veterans Day
  • 7:30am Ave. of Flags in Sawyer Park
  • 8:30 am Breakfast at High School
  • 9:00am The Witness Tree With Honor Guard and Taps
  • 11:00am Military Honors in Sawyer Park with Voice of Democracy
  • 4:00pm Take down the Ave. of Flags before our Dinner!
  • 5:00pm Doors open for 6:00pm dinner.
• Thursday, November 12th at 9:15am Central School Veteran’s Program with Honor Guard - Everyone is encouraged to attend.
• Saturday, November 14th - Hartford’s big day of Pancakes, Crafts and Parade.
  • 7:30am Ave. of Flags
  • 3:00pm Parade with Honor Guard and Hospitality Tent!
  • 4:00pm Meet at Sawyer Park during or after the parade to put away The Avenue of Flags for the winter!
