The Witness Tree is raising awareness that many Veterans are suffering.

Witness Tree ceremonies started on November 1 at 9 a.m. and will continue daily, at Bernd Park in the City of Hartford near the Hartford Fire and Rescue Department. It's organized by Warriors Journey Home and will run through Veterans Day on Wednesday, November 11.

The public is invited to attend a ceremony, reflect on the sacrifices made by our Veterans, and stand alongside those who continue to carry the burdens of their service. Their service may have ended, but our commitment to them should never end.
