High level wrestlers can be found in Fargo, North Dakota.
The U.S. Marine Corps High School Junior Nationals, also known as the Fargo tournament is held at the Fargo Dome. It runs from July 12 to July 19. Competition features men's freestyle, Greco-Roman and women's freestyle.
The Hartford Wrestling Club has announced that Hartford Union High School wrestlers Parker Neu and Lincoln Flayter are scheduled to compete in the freestyle category in Fargo.
The boy's freestyle begins on Monday, July 14 and concludes on Wednesday, July 16.
Kellen Wolbert, a wrestler at Oconomowoc High School, will compete at Fargo along with Arrowhead High School's Collin McDowell. Kewaskum's Bryston Scoles and Ethan Immel, and Port Washington's Garrett Kawczynski will also mix it up on the mat at America's biggest high school wrestling event.
The Greco Roman class of the U.S. Marine Corps Nationals wraps up the tournament at the Fargodome on Saturday, July 19.
Weigh-ins for Freestyle were held on Sunday, July 13 and wrestlers had the option of changing weight classes at the weigh-in if they chose to do so. The brackets were released Sunday evening.
