Children's Hospital of Wisconsin benefits from all-star games in Oshkosh

Coaches and players raised over $350,000 for Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. The Wisconsin Football Coaches Association All-Star Games were held at Titan Stadium, in Oshkosh on Friday, July 18 and Saturday, July 19.

A number of area football players wrapped up their high school football careers in the Large School All-Star Game on Saturday, July 19 at 4 p.m.   

Tight end Turner McManigal and offensive lineman Cooper Rolsma represented Hartford Union High School on the North team. Also representing the North, Slinger High School's quarterback Michael Thiede and defensive end Cooper Williams. Defensive end Max Geiger of West Bend West also made the roster.

Thiede passed for 122 yards and two touchdowns.

The Large School South roster included Hamilton's offensive lineman Orlando Humphrey and Oconomowoc's defensive end Tony Melaas. 

The North defeated the South, 28-6.
