The Kettle Moraine Lutheran boys wrsetling team started their season on a high note at the Winnebago Lutheran Academy Duals. The Chargers earned a 3–2 overall record. KML opened with a 71–12 win over Manitowoc Lutheran. In their second dual, Kettle Moraine Lutheran wrestled Shoreland Lutheran in a competitive matchup before a 42–28 loss. The Chargers responded with a 47–33 victory over Luther Prep. The fourth dual saw KML defeat Winnebago Lutheran Academy, 43–33, before closing the night with a hard-fought 42–36 loss to Oostburg.
The Chargers will prepare to host their first home meet of the season on Thursday, December 11with a Home Quad in KML’s brand-new fieldhouse featuring Martin Luther, Wisconsin Lutheran and Grafton at 5:30 p.m.
