Grant funds help smooth out tennis courts

Hartford Union High School has announced that they have received a generous $145,850 grant from the United States Tennis Association. It will help fund the resurfacing of their eight northwest campus tennis courts.

This makeover is going to be a game-changer for their students, staff and community.

The courts will be ready just in time for our upcoming girls' tennis tournament, giving them a total of 16 fully playable courts for their important fall and spring tournaments, as well as PE classes.

The USTA's grant will go a long way to support the campus of Hartford Union High School.
